We offer a specialist service for Contractors due to the nature of the business and the tax legislation which tends to effect many companies in this field, such as IR35 and S660a.

Over the last few years, we have gained considerable experience in this area with contractors making up a large proportion of our client base.

Our contractor package is an all encompassing service to include all the assistance you would normally require during the year including:-

• Annual company accounts for tax purposes
• Annual abbreviated accounts for Companies House
• Corporation tax return
• Directors self assessment return including online filing
• Monthly payslips & PAYE reports
• Online filing of PAYE returns, including registration with the Inland Revenue
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Production of dividend vouchers
• Tax planning

In addition, should you require a mortgage reference, we do not charge clients for this service.

Furthermore, if you do not have a limited company through which to operate, we will provide you with one free of charge if this is the appropriate structure for your circumstances. The normal cost for a limited company is £70. The only condition is that you remain with us for a full 12 months with the monthly fee being paid up to date.

All of the above services come with our service level guarantees and are available at £60 per month plus VAT (£70.50 inclusive).

On a monthly basis you would simply send to us your records and receipts, we will then sort out the VAT and payroll matters and advise you accordingly.

IR35 Contract Review Service
This is one of the most complicated and problematic areas of contracting. It is essential that professional advice is sought as to the status of each individual contract prior to commencement in order that adjustments can be made as soon as possible.

Our contract review will provide you with a detailed response as to why we think you will pass or constructive comment on why it has failed together with details of how it maybe restructured so as to take you outside IR35.
